Faculty Handbook Sections
NO ORDINARY JOB: Our Faculty Team is characterized by endless variety—more than 50 people, sent by different organizations, with different roles and responsibilities, side by side building leaders for transformation. This section takes a look at some of the different facets of being part of the IGSL faculty.
THE WORK: This section of the handbook is where you will find the purpose of the strategic teams and their departments. Reading here will help you understand the work that each team does and how it connects with the work that your team does.
THE PEOPLE: Everyone has a primary strategic team, a niche in the structure, a place where we belong. Although many of us serve part-time with other teams, our primary team gets more of our time, energy and focus.
INFORMATION: This section provides easy access to documents, videos, and links you will use frequently in your role as part of the IGSL faculty team.
WE STILL DO: There are 4 documents that IGSL faculty members sign each year. This is a way of re-affirming our commitment to what we believe and how we serve our community. It's a chance for us to say "We still do."
