English Program

English Intensive Training is a program designed to help improve the English skills of IGSL applicants who were not able to pass the English Proficiency Test, but are otherwise qualified for admission. EIT students spend one year focusing on English composition, comprehension and grammar.

One goal is for the students to be able to read and write well enough in English to understand the classes and reading assignments, and to be able to complete the class assignments. The second goal is to achieve the level of spoken and written English that will enable them to communicate effectively within the IGSL community, and with those they will interact with as they develop Great Commission ministries.
