Leadership Development and Human Resources

The purpose of the Leadership Development and Human Resources Strategic team is to grow IGSL’s leadership culture and capacity for its calling by catalyzing the care, development and health of faculty and staff.

The LDHR team is led by Theresa Huculak. LDHR is committed to help faculty and employees succeed in their roles and responsibilities. Faculty and staff development seeks to help promote growth both individually and corporately. Individual growth addresses their personal, spiritual, and professional development. Corporate growth involves the overall school culture of spirituality, servant-steward leadership, and community. 

As an IGSL Faculty Team, we are all working together to fulfill our mission and vision:

The LDHR team desires to see each faculty member contributing effectively toward building leaders for transformation. We all want to use, but not abuse, our gifts and abilities. If we do this well, we will find ourselves flourishing as we steward all that God has given us, and we will find IGSL flourishing as well, as we each do our part.

God continues to open doors for IGSL to build leaders for transformation. We can only embrace new opportunities if we have the manpower capacity to carry out the tasks of our current programs as well as the new ones—that means our faculty team has to keep growing. It is a joy to see how God keeps bringing the right people, with the right gifts and training, at the right time.

IGSL is committed to help our staff, as well as our faculty, to grow personally and professionally. LDHR works with each staff member to find appropriate opportunities for further training and education in relation to their particular roles and responsibilities.

Discontinuance of Service

A full time faculty who is led by God to discontinue his/her affiliation with IGSL should notify his/her primary team leader in writing at least thirty (30) days before the desired date of resignation. This letter will be forwarded to the Director of LDHR with comments and/or recommending approval of the primary team leader.
