Leadership Development and Human Resources (LDHR)

The Director of Leadership Development and Human Resource leads the LDHR team in helping faculty and employees succeed in their roles and responsibilities. Faculty and staff development seeks to help promote growth both individually and corporately. The Director also oversees the process of hiring and caring for faculty and employees.
