Mission, Vision and Values

Through the years, the statements of IGSL's mission, vision, values, etc. have been fine-tuned to provide more clarity and direction for us as we serve here.

Our success in seeing our vision become reality is dependent on our resolve, as a faculty team, to intentionally strive toward these goals together.

Motto

The motto is our public identity. It's short and direct, so our stakeholders can keep it in mind. We want people to say, "That's IGSL, they build leaders for transformation."
