Office of the President (OTP)

The President sets the direction, assesses current reality, leads healthy change, ensures needed resources, and represents IGSL as a spokesperson in order to accomplish IGSL’s God-given mission and calling. The Executive Director assists the President in carrying out his responsibilities. He oversees the team leaders of the five strategic teams in accomplishing strategic goals and priorities.

There are four departments that report directly to the OTP.  They are the L.I.F.E. Department, which connects with our Ministry Partners, the Recruiting and Partnerships Department, which connects with current and potential stakeholders outside the IGSL community, and the Communications Department, which produces digital and print media for use in promoting the school, and maintains the website. The Alumni Onward Department, which connects with IGSL's graduates also reports directly to the OTP.
