Office of the President
The President sets the direction, assesses current reality, leads healthy change, ensures needed resources, and represents IGSL as a spokesperson in order to accomplish IGSL’s God-given mission and calling. Dr. Cris Uy is the IGSL President.

The Executive Director assists the President in carrying out his responsibilities. He oversees the team leaders of the five strategic teams in accomplishing strategic goals and priorities. Reverend Nimrod Tica is the IGSL Executive Director.
​
There are four small departments that report directly to the OTP. They are the Communications Hub Department, the L.I.F.E. Department, the Partnerships and Recruitment Department, and the Alumni Onward Department.
Communications Hub
The Communications Hub, or CommHub, produces digital and print media for use in promoting the school, and maintains the website and other social media sites of IGSL. CommHub also provides merchandise like shirts and mugs designed to keep the name of IGSL in the public eye.

CommHub creates videos for publicizing IGSL's training for different target audiences, such as potential students, potential faculty and Ministry Partners.
L.I.F.E.
Leadership, Influence, Finances and Expertise — the four areas in which our Ministry Partners assist IGSL.
​
The LIFE Department, led by Cherry Forto, creates newsletters, proposals, reports, receipts, and various other forms of acknowledgement and appreciation for Ministry Partners and potential partners. LIFE also manages the scholarship funds invested in IGSL by individuals, churches, companies and foundations.
Partnerships
and Recruitment Department
This department, led by James Huculak, connects with current and potential stakeholders outside the IGSL community. The goal is to help more churches, schools, denominations, organizations and companies discover IGSL as the ideal place for their people to receive leadership training.

Partnerships and Recruiting also includes Strategic Alliances for Leadership Transformation (SALT) a team which brings selected parts of IGSL training to partner organizations.
Onward, led by Henry Gula, is the department that connects IGSL with its 1500+ graduates all over Asia and the world. The team seeks to initiate alumni gatherings in different regions, with the goal of helping our graduates stay strong in their ministries and finish well. Onward seeks feedback from them to find out what we have done well in our training and what we could improve. Click the heading to learn more.
