The Operations office (OPS) of IGSL is located in the Asian Leadership Center (ALC) building. The Ops team is led by Carlo Zaragosa.
Office hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. — 5:00 p.m.

Use of IGSL Facilities, Equipment, and Vehicles Faculty members who want to use IGSL rooms, other facilities, equipment, and vehicles for various school functions must first obtain permission from the OPS Service Hub. This is done through the IGSL Portal. The fourth floor of the ALC building has facilities for basketball, volleyball, badminton, and table tennis. It also has a weight room. Inquire at the Reception Desk on the main floor of the ALC building for guidelines on the use of these recreational facilities.
Building Security All faculty are requested to help maintain security by reporting the presence within IGSL premises of unfamiliar people. Please call the Guard (local 520) or Security and Safety Supervisor (Andy Barredo) at local 109 immediately for security assistance.
The ALC building and interior metal doors are locked at 6:30 p.m. Until 10:30 p.m., those working late should use the stairways located near the elevator and exit from these stairways through the glass doors in the basement. However, those who exit the steel doors will not be able to return to the offices. Contact the Security Guard to regain access to offices after 6:30 p.m. during weekdays or to enter the ALC building on weekends.
Parking The parking spaces under the ALC building may be used by faculty on a first-come, first-served basis after securing a parking space permit from the Security Guard. If these spaces are full, additional parking is available elsewhere on campus. Parking by the roadside is also allowed; however, please ensure that you do not block the driveway entrance or the space directly in front of IGSL’s main entrance.
