Structure
THE PEOPLE: Everyone has a primary strategic team, a niche in the structure, a place where we belong. Although many of us serve part-time with other teams, our primary team gets the bulk of our time, energy and focus. This section of the handbook will show where each faculty member fits.
IGSL is led by a 7-member Leadership Team (LT), consisting of the President and the Executive Director, along with the team leaders of the school's five Strategic Teams.
